Empyrean Grenade is a type of Ammunition in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Empyrean Grenade is a vial filled with holy water collected from the Empyrean. Players can actively use Ammunition against Enemies, Bosses, or other players during PVP, to inflict damage. They require the use of either a Ranged Weapon like a Bow or to have equipped the Throwing Hand.
Cures allies of ailments and inflicts physical damage and smite buildup upon enemies, while also weakening their holy resistance.

Empyrean Grenade can be found in the following Location:
- Pilgrim's Perch: Across the Vestige, there is a ladder that can be climbed. At the top, cross the wooden beam and use the Umbral Lamp on the steel bars on the left side.
