Explosive Bolts are Bolts in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Explosive Bolts are volatile crossbow bolts that detonate upon impact, causing fiery damage.

How to get Explosive Bolts in Lords of the Fallen
Explosive Bolts can be found in the following Location:
- Bramis Castle: From the Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim in Bramis Castle, follow the path where you see stony statues in the plaza. Walk up the stairs to your right, then make a left where you see the burning smoke. Stay on the left path here and walk up the semi-spiral stairway. Remain on this path and as you see the metal scaffolding, walk towards that area and you will find the Explosive Bolts on the ground in the right corner tucked by the pillar.

From one of the MANY Umbral Flowerbeds that are in a room with breakable stuffs go... nah i'm kidding, but geez dudes stop with the Umbral Flowerbed spots, not only are they everywhere but you can't even describe their locations properly. Anyway, for my item hunter folks : from the Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim, go toward the stairs opposite of the courtyard from the vestige. As you approach some wooden planks, you'll have another staircase with a Rhogar dog and a Trapper on your right. Take a left instead but beware of another Trapper hidden behind some breakable planks. After you have cleaned the area, go to the end of that path, the Explosive Bolt will be behind some planks. Enjoy !

For me the Explosive Bolts did not spawn, maybe there is a trigger for it to spawn or maybe just a bug, will check in tomorrows new ng+0 if it was just a bug
Got nerfed to the ground now.
