Relic of Perpetuation is one of the Pendants available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Relic of Perpetuation is a pendant that  increases maximum health. The Hallowed Sentinels' ban on other religions besides worship of Judge Cleric became inevitable as the order slid into oppression.

Where to Find Relic of Perpetuation in Lords of the Fallen

Relic of Perpetuation can be found in the following Location:

  • Pilgrim's Perch: From the Vestige of Blind Agatha, head out the path on the right (the left of the vestige) and warp into the Umbral. Hop down into the bottom of the lake and take the stairs up on the right. Continue to the path on the right until you reach the structure with the doorway, continue along the path on the right up the stairs. Head out and take the ladder down on the right, then continue on the path on the right past the wooden planks. You will eventually end up at a platform where you will need to soulflay a structure to bring it closer for you to get across. Get to the platform across and soulflay the umbral belly and pick up the Relic of Perpetuation.

      This relic gives a flat 50 health. It's not percentage based. Level wise, it's roughly a little over 3 levels of vitality worth (15 hp per level).

      It's not a bad relic, especially at early-mid game. You don't really have that many good amulet slots at the point of the game where you get it. I'd argue princess sting being a viable alternative, but most new players aren't going to be light enough to really tap into the maximum potential of the damage increase. Survivability is a net positive for any build, at any stage.
