Pendant of Atrophy is one of the Pendants available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Pendant of Atrophy is a pendant that enables casting Umbral sorceries with insufficient mana, but at the cost of wither damage. Umbral magic aims to transfer essence from Axiom to the Umbral realm, often injuring mortal flesh.
A pendant incorporating a strange sac, beneath the surface of which writhe fleeting, distorted faces. Umbral sorceries can be cast with insufficient mana, but at the cost of wither damage.
Where to Find Pendant of Atrophy in Lords of the Fallen
Pendant of Atrophy can be found in the following Location:
- Revelation Depths: From the Umbral Flowerbed in the caves, continue through the caves. Warp to the Umbral and soulflay the umbral structure to reveal an area behind it and an umbral belly. Soulflay the umbral belly and pick up the Pendant of Atrophy.

Does not work on Rad or Inf spells when using an umbral catalyst and Charred Root or Radiant Preeminence.

At the flowerbed where you can see winterberry's cave from, head forward in umbral and there will be a door you gotta soul flay.

Found near the area of the Nimble Ring, right past the umbral flowerbed below the ravenous fascinator trap, transition into umbral and soul flay the door, go into the tunnel and soul flay for treasure
