Scornful Effigy is one of the Pendants available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Scornful Effigy, reducing maximum health but increasing damage, this pendant reflects the despair of Hallowed Sentinels facing their twisted comrades. Most Sentinels respond with even greater violence.

Where to Find Scornful Effigy in Lords of the Fallen
Scornful Effigy can be found in the following Location:
- Upper Calrath: From the Vestige of Doln, head through the gates on the right and go down the path and up the small set of stairs. Continue on until you reach another set of small stairs that is covered by a gate and 2 figures. Use your Umbral Lamp to bypass the gate and continue onwards, drop down to find a body and pick up the Scornful Effigy.

- Hidden Lore: When faced with former comrades twisted into the monstrous mockeries which are the Rhogar proselytes, a few Hallowed Sentinels despair and question the Cleric's inaction, although most are simply spurred into even greater righteous violence. (Requires Radiance to unlock)

A great item for a spellcaster or Bowman type of build.
It's great for melee builds also, but you have more to worry about

From the Vestige of Doln, move forward until you reach the first Umbral Flowerbed in front of a ruined gate. From there go up the tiny stairs and follow the right wall with your lantern up, you'll end up on a platform behind a "closed" gate. Jump down, kill the Raw Mangler hiding on the side and the talisman will be there.

With limited testing this appears to reduce your health by 50%, for a 20% damage increase.
For a 51% health loss you get less than 10% damage increase. Tested thoroughly with spells. Not thing beats hysteria so far.
To developers: big risks big rewards guys! With this pendant you can get one shot in pvp by almost anything so let the reward match the risk!
