Anonymousis this stronger than the Empyrean pendant? anyone got the stats? I assume as I'm fully rad, Emp would be better, but if the Hysteria gives a bigger % of damage, it will ultimately be better.
I don't know why these guys don't put the stats on these pages. they have a monopoly on this stuff, and yet loads of data is missing.

For a single-school caster the Empyrean Pendant, Rhogar's Delight, and Faceless Carving give a bigger damage buff. This one seems like it would only be useful if you're doing a mixed magic build.
