Rhogar's Reach is a Polearm in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Rhogar's Reach deals physical and fire damage while inflicting Ignite effect on enemies. Polearms are Melee Weapons that require players to get up close and personal with Enemies, Bosses, or other players during PVP, to inflict damage. They may require certain stats in order to be wielded properly and can be found as loot, rewards, or crafting.

AnonymousDamarose doesnt sell the weapon at the shrine of adyr, is it bugged or am I missing something?

Whoever keeps putting false information, or lack of information on this wiki needs to stop. The weapon isn't in her inventory when you find her at the Shrine of Adyr. There obviously has to be something you have to do to expand her shop, which isn't listed here or on the NPC page at all.
It's not false information, you just have to hand over Adyr-Worshipper's Saw to expand her inventory which then contains the weapon and a few other stuff like a spell and such.
