Grinning Axe is a Axe in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Grinning Axe is a Rhogar axe adorned with large, vicious teeth. It inflicts balanced Physical, Burn, and Wither damage, scaling primarily with Inferno. Axes are Melee Weapons that require players to get up close and personal with Enemies, Bosses, or other players during PVP, to inflict damage. They may require certain stats in order to be wielded properly and can be found as loot, rewards, or crafting.

Where to Find Grinning Axe in Lords of the Fallen
Grinning Axe can be obtained from:
- Bramis Castle: From the Umbral Flowerbed in the tower filled with breakable items, head down the stairs and clear the enemies in the area. Continue onwards through the wooden items, on the right there is a breakable wall. Break through it and head down the stairs. Behind the stairs there is a chest, open it and pick up Grinning Axe.

worthless even with 75 inferno id recommend ligtreaper sword if combo wasnt broken you should wait till they fix it

dual wield this axes + 2 infernal devotion rings ( they stack) + flaming weapon buff, you proc ignite on EVERY hit , even on ignite resistant monsters from Bramis , perma stun everything from ignite explosion

If you use this axe with Kukajin's sword and buff them with smite or frostbite, you can proc 5 out of 6 of all the status effects with your weapon attacks.

that thing is absolutely badass when dual wielded. get the rune that increases ignite buildup 2 times, buff yourself with inferno spells and just melt everything in pvp.

location: Warp to Bramis Castle Vestige of the Bloody Pilgrim. Instead of going into the castle go the opposite way to the shortcut elevator guarded by two dogs and a mimic item. Once you are down the elevator and out of the room there are 3 ways to go: left, straight and right. Go straight ahead. Out there will a Skinstealer and an Infernal Enchantress waiting for you. Keep going straight past the giant hole in the floor. On the right there will be a staircase hidden behind some destructable stuff. Check UNDER the staircase for a chest containing the axe.

dual wield two of these, each with 2 Trelos runes, two rings of infernal devotion, with infernal weapon spell on. Congrats, you just ruined someone's day in pvp.
