Best shield in the game IMO as you can socket either 3 Tumul runes for crazy health regen for non Radiance builds. For caster builds run 1Tumul and 2 Nartun runes for health and Mana regen passively.
probably the best option avaiable if you don't want to go ng++ and get 3 nurtun runes. This thing allow you to slot 2 health regen and 1 mana regen for a good passive bonus, and only requires 11 inferno, weights very little.
