Plain Shield can be found in the following Location:
- Pilgrim's Perch: Past Scourged Sister Delyth's arena, head up the ladder on the right to get to a cave. Here, you'll find a locked door that requires the Pilgrim's Perch Key. Exit the cave out the other side, then turn the corner and you'll find two Pilgrims. Climb up the stairs past them. To the right of the top of the stairs, head up the ladder where another Pilgrim can be found. Next to it, in the corner of this upper platform, you can pick up the Plain Shield.
