Lords of the Fallen Fitzroy's Sword Notes & Tips

  • Hidden Lore: The soldiers who served under Fitzroy respected the Knight Commander and
trusted him with their lives, for they knew he was as prepared as anyone among
them to fight and die for his brothers in arms and his homeland.
  • (Requires ?? to unlock)
  • Weight: 18.5
  • For a Quality build, this is one of the best weapons you can find. It's a little before the Ruiner boss fight after the first Remembrance boss in terms of progression, and it's well worth the wait once you get to it. You get great scaling, good rune slots you can work with, a weight that's slightly on the heavier end but isn't that hard to work around, and even free bleed which can help debuff whoever you're hitting with it

Was the scaling on this changed? I remember it being a Quality weapon but now it looks like it favors a Strength build?

      • The damage on this thing is outrageous. I have this and dervla’s sword at +9. With 40 agility and 29 strength i have an AR of 558 on fitzroy and 609 on dervla. Fitzroy is a 100% raw longsword and dervla is a 80/20 raw/wither damage grand sword. Even “The Toll” (grand axe with A/A scaling) only has 633. I haven’t tried every weapon in the game but this is the best one i’ve seen so far

This weapon is a claymore of Lords of the Fallen to me. It’s fast considering its size, had good damage, thrust attacks (second 2h r1 and 1h r2), good running combo, (run +r2 into r1 thrust), decent stagger/poise dmg. It’s also good for a quality str+agi build which was my choice for 1st playthrough. Overall great package and I’m surprised I haven’t seen it mentioned much. Game’s still young I guess.
