Lords of the Fallen Judge Cleric Full Questline Walkthrough
It was revealed in one of the Stigmas that The Iron Wayfarer once entrusted the Rune of Adyr to Judge Cleric. It was the one decision that doomed the kingdom for generations to come and it was deeply regretted by The Iron Wayfarer.
Inside the Cleric's Mind
Judge Cleric plays a pivotal role in how the ending will turn out for the Deathless One. To begin Inside the Cleric's Mind quest, it will require players to progress the story and defeat the Colossal Sentinels without cleansing any of the beacons until they claim the Rune of Adyr. Players would have to fight their way into the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters and look for the Umbral Flowerbed at the end of the hall, near the candle-lit doorway. Head into the room with the lit candles and walk to the altar to find the Rune of Adyr. However, as the Deathless One reaches out to grab the rune, the Rapturous Huntress of the Dusk jumps down from the ceiling and prevents you from taking it.
NOTE: If The Iron Wayfarer is still alive during this fight, he will join the fight and appear behind the boss. He will also take the rune for himself and you will have to fight him at the doors of Bramis Castle to take the rune from him.
As the Deathless One enters the premises of Bramis Castle, a short cutscene will play that will transform The Dark Crusader Rosary that you're carrying in your inventory. This will replace it with the broken version of it. Then, continue exploring Bramis Castle until you reach the Throne Room and defeat The Sundered Monarch.
After the fight, there's a Stigma that players can interact with to reveal a remnant showing the king's history of gore and bloodshed. Walk up the stairs behind the throne to find the Effigy of Adyr. Interact with Adyr, the Bereft Exile. Adyr's voice will speak out and tell the Deathless One that they have been watching them.
Adyr will praise the Deathless One for all the choices that they have made so far to earn an audience with them. Adyr welcomes the Deathless One and shares a lecture on how humans are incapable of shepherding themselves, and only brought war, greed, suffering, and chaos upon each other. With this, Adyr claims that mankind needs a god to rule over them, more than ever.
Offer the Rune of Adyr, and he will bless this rune and make it even stronger by transforming it into the Empowered Rune of Adyr. He will command you to use this on all five beacons and to confront Iselle, who hides behind the identity of a judge. Cleanse the beacons in the following order found in these Locations:
Judge Cleric can be found at The Empyrean and it's imperative that you cleanse this for the finale. If you have defeated Judge Cleric, The Radiant Sentinel previously, her weakened version can be found near the beacon. Otherwise, you will need to fight her first before you can cleanse the beacon in this location.

Interact with the Judge Cleric and enter her mind. A cutscene will play which shows Iselle, living a life where she tends to her garden. She notices your presence and will beckon you to come forward. Use the Empowered Rune of Adyr on Iselle and another cutscene will play. With that, Adyr takes the body of Iselle and returns to rule Mournstead once again, and this time, with the Deathless One as one of his first Rhogar Lords.
Completing this quest will trigger the completion of the Inferno Ending in Lords of the Fallen and will reward the trophy: Lord of the Risen. You will also earn the following items:
- x1 Crown of Flowers
- x1 Iselle's Garb
- x1 Iselle's Bandages
- x1 Iselle's Skirt

Please be warned. If you die in phase one and then don't pick up your vigor during phase one, and then kill the boss...that vigor is lost forever. It remains in the phase one arena and you have no way of going back there. Yes, they really made it like that or this is yet another oversight.

Just throw Forsaken grenades at her feet and keep back pedaling and dodging. Let the poison do the work.

this fight seems bit broken in first phase.. she just attacks without a break and chases me thru the arena. second half of phase 1 she summons 1 arrow barrage after another and still attacks relentless without any openings. tooked me like 30 trys to get to phase 2 with no heal left but that one was more doable with some windows to punish her.

Why doesn't she talk after the bossfight? she whispers to me... help me pls
How is this boss easy? I'm lv 108 and I can barely get through the first phase. Once she gets you she just keeps going until you're pulp.
