Where to find Thehk-Ihir in Lords of the Fallen
Thehk-Ihir can initially be found at Skyrest Bridge, on the scaffolding leading to Pilgrim's Perch.
- Nearest Vestige: Vestige of Ethryg
- This NPC moves to the fields, forward from the Vestige of Olleren in Forsaken Fen Lookout, after entering Pilgrim's Perch.
- This NPC moves next to Vestige of the Pale Butcher in Shuja Hamlet, after defeating The Hushed Saint.
- This NPC moves to Skyrest Bridge, next to the Vestige of Ethryg, after entering Lower Calrath or when getting Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch in Lower Calrath Alehouse. (need confirmation, which one triggers it, or if not cleansing a beacon matters too)
- This NPC moves again to Fief of the Chill Curse, next to the Vestige of Loash
- This NPC moves again to Path of Devotion, found next to the Vestige of Dieter
- This NPC moves again to Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, next to the Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
- This NPC moves again to the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, next to the Vestige of Rosamund.
- This NPC leaves forever after opening the church gate to The Empyrean. (You can still access the merchants items in someone else's world)
Lords of the Fallen Thehk-Ihir NPC-Related Quests
The Rejected Pilgrim
As you walk the scaffolding past Andreas of Ebb, you will meet a Pilgrim by the name of Thehk-Ihir. Initially, they will warn you about Pilgrim's Perch and they will tell you about how they were rejected by the Hallowed Sentinels, despite being a faithful pilgrim. It seems that this man has come from a faraway place called Perdam, and they said that they had given away most of their belongings when they left for Pilgrim's Perch. Without a place to return to, Thehk-Ihir has taken refuge on this scaffolding and built a settlement for himself on the scaffolding.
As you exhaust the dialogues of Thehk-Ihir, they will give you a 1x Stick Weapon without asking for anything in return. It seems that they wish you well as you head towards Pilgrim's Perch while being cautious of the dangers lurking about.
Thehk-Ihir as a Traveling Merchant in Lords of the Fallen
After meeting Thehk-Ihir along the scaffolding as you approach Pilgrim's Perch, you will meet this man once again as you enter the fields of Forsaken Fen. He informs you that he has "perked up" ever since your meeting and has found a new purpose for himself, he has decided to start selling discarded items that he found and will offer to sell to you as you interact with him. He also mentioned that he will be a traveling merchant, so we expect to see more of Thehk-Ihir as we travel.
It is still unclear whether there's a specific event that will cause him to move places, but during our playthrough, we interacted with him just outside the Skyrest Bridge and found him once again at Forsaken Fen near the Vestige of Olleren. After this meeting, this will trigger Thehk-Ihir's NPC quest. He will then move a total of 7 times from their initial location:
- This NPC moves to the fields as you enter the Forsaken Fen near Vestige of Olleren
- This NPC moves to a new location after cleansing the first beacon in Forsaken Fen, near the Vestige of the Pale Butcher.
- This NPC moves to the interior of Skyrest Bridge, near the Vestige of Ethryg.
- This NPC moves again to Fief of the Chill Curse, next to the Vestige of Loash.
- This NPC moves again to Path of Devotion, found next to the Vestige of Dieter.
- This NPC moves again to Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, next to the Vestige of Brother Jeremiah.
- This NPC moves again to the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, next to the Vestige of Rosamund.
Each time you visit Thehk-Ihir, this will result in lowering the health pool of the Abbesses found in the Abbey and Empyrean, as if going on a pilgrimage with Thehk-Ihir. When you find him once again in the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, he tells you the story of how the place was transformed by Judge Cleric after declaring it as the new home of the Hallowed Sentinels and therefore sanctifying the place.
He will tell you that if you have something that you've been eyeing on his items, he suggests buying it now because you will never know what life may throw at you. Heed his advice to take the opportunity to purchase anything you want from his inventory, as he will disappear forever after you open the church gate into The Empyrean.
To further progress Thehk-Ihir's quest, all that's left to do is to reach The Empyrean where you will fight Judge Cleric, the Radiant Sentinel. Pick up the x1 Thorned Chalice after the fight. This will progress the quest and players will unlock an Achievement: Without Purpose and a notification that Thehk-Ihir has left Mournstead. Return to the Monastery and head outside on the other end to reach the overlooking spot. Cross over to the Umbral Realm to gain access once you see the broken tower, then stay on the main path. Make a right when you get inside, then left to pick up the following items on the upper floor of the Monastery at The Empyrean, overlooking the Cleric's arena:

Asinine design to let him disappear without a reason when you reach endgame. He sells some of the most useful items in the game too, to add insult to injury.
- Anonymous
Im not sure what triggers him to skip areas, however, i did go to manse before hushed saint (VL1 run so i need some stuff from there) and he doesnt appear next to the vestige like he usually would
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
This guy is so busted. He skipped skyrest, Feif, and path of devotion in my playthrough jumping all the way to the manse
- Anonymous
So he disappears after you open the gates to The Empyrean and you wont be able to buy most salts and cures anymore? He sells like 90% of useful consumables of the game. What kind of dumbass design is this?
- Anonymous
Looks like this NPC update inventory not in certain spots, but based on number of times you met him in new place, didnt matter which path you choose. He starts to sell Large Shards when you found him fifth time.
- Anonymous
Found him at the Abbey of the Hollowed sisters before the gate and wanted to buy the Righteous Pulverizer, but he didn't sell it. Went back and unlocked the Vestige of Dieter, and now he sells it at the Abbey. Nice.

Went out of order and ended up going to the Leprosorium in the Manse before going to Lower Calrath. Ended up having the guy skip a few spots and jumping from the Fen to the Leprosorium. His inventory doesn't have everything available as he's missing the items from the Path of Devotion section where he's suppose to be. Bit disappointing though some of the items I'm missing out on are enemy drops at this point.

I met him at path of devotion and he's not selling large deralium shards. Wtf
- Anonymous
I went farming as soon as he warned me. It took about 20 minutes but I got all that I wanted and needed from him.
This NPC moves to a new location after clearing the first beacon in Forsaken Fen, near the Pale Butcher's Trace. See it on the LotF Forsaken Fen map.
For him to leave here and go to SKYREST you need to get to the Lower Calrath Depot - Vestige of Sebastian then you go to SKYREST and he will be there

Having the vendor that sells all the salts vanish right before multiple high level endgame areas and bosses is tremendously stupid.
He just appeared for me in front of Nest - Fief - vestige. I don't know what was the trigger, but after Skyrest appearance, he disappeared completely when I reached Nest vestige, and when I killed a crow, and then got killed by Lightreaper, he appeared when I respawned.
It appears this expansion of vendor stuff added him Kinrangr Guardian Axe x1.
He talks about "Umbral lampbearer mission" he's been hearing about and it makes him wonder what sort of person you would be to "bear it". Did he just make a pun?
- Anonymous
kinda stupid that hes the ONLY vendor that sells a lot of consumables and he leaves regardless of how you play the game.
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
Wrong. Opening the the church gate at Empyrean makes him leave forever. I saved data before entering church and checked to see if he left. So don't open the church doors if you wanna continue to buy salts.
- Anonymous
How do you get him to move to the feif ? I can egt him to show everywhere else but he never freaking goes to the Feif in my playtroughs.
- Anonymous
I met this guy in the correct order until path of devotion, but his shop did not expand to include large shards. Then I checked back after defeating Dervla in the Revelation Depths and his shop expanded
- Anonymous
Moved from Pale Butcher to Skyrest after defeating the Infernal Empress Boss in Lower Calrath (at least for me)
- Anonymous
I love how if you mess up all these quests you can end up with no vendors left in the game.
- Anonymous
There are two weapons that show the meaning of his name from the first game. Thehk means "steal" Ihir means "the one who..."
- Anonymous
I stupidly cleared the abbey before the hamlet and now I have no idea where he is. Prob dead :(
- Anonymous
sadly not updating shop after talking to him at the path of devotion
- Anonymous
why does Greirat leave Lordran? I need more bleed resins!!!
- Anonymous
He also apparently doesn’t move unless you cleanse the fen beacon.
- Anonymous
I unlocked the path of devotion but he wasnt there. He moved from the hamlet to the path of devotion only until after I killed the unwanted progeny (fire giant with arm in its mouth) or whatever its called, but his inventory did not change
- Anonymous
It's possible that they vanish entirely from your game if you progress in the wrong order. I went to the Abby first and after encountering them there, they were nowhere else anymore. Checked all the locations but nothing.
- Anonymous
Mine is stuck at the hamlet vestige and I have the manse and devotion vestiges opened. Really sucks because I need those upgrade nuggets and the loser is just squatting.
- Anonymous
I just learned he disappeared completely in my playthrough and you can't access his inventory.
