This could possibly be the best quality grand hammer if not for the fact that it has three RAD rune slots. Scaling on Sacred Resonance Hammer will eventually outpace it at high quality, but the terrible rune slots the devs gave it will ruin this weapon either way. Which is a shame, because it looks great.

Probably because of the bleed stat.
Bleed stat or runes Fall under the Radiant category so 3 Rad runes.
I'll think that U throw faster or extra bleed runes in it

Why does it have 3 rad rune slots if bo ead scaling? Can u add rad scaling?
