Queen Sophesia's Catalyst can be found in the following Location:
- Drops from the Tortured Prisoner if she appears as a boss and you defeat her. She will only become a boss if you fail her questline, which is by not giving her the Swaddling Cloth quest item before reaching The Sundered Monarch.
- Alternatively, you can also receive this item after finishing her Questline, can be found after killing Sundern Monarch at her last location in Bramis Castle.

AnonymousAt +10 with 50 INF I can confirm this is the best pure inferno catalyst in the game (Lost Berescu is better if you have the radiance as well).

darn, i just maxed out mirandas touch and this thing is stronger for higher inferno investment, AND has 2 slots extra, nuts.

Best inferno catalyst of the game, at 50 inferno and upgraded to +8, Rhogar Heart has 190 + 248 (A scaling) while this one has 180 + 282 (A+ scaling). Currently farming for large stones to further upgrade them but according their respective Fextra pages, RH reaches A+ scaling and QSC reaches S scaling, both at +10.

You get this after completing her quest. It is next to The castle vestige inside the crystal cave where she was standing
I did the quest got the achievement but didn't get the catalyst or her set.. wtf???
