Does having 2 eyes with 25% healing efficiency stack as this would be helpfull. Maybe the 3rd giving 15% more viger gain per hit.

My Pale Butcher eye says the secondary is +25% damage to enemy soul, not regain soulflay charge in Umbral.

So for all that care. My personal rough testing:
You have ~6min time before your dread-meter is full. (Probably a few secs less)
If you equip the Eye of Marco the Axe you have only ~3min 40s so all in all a reduction of 40% from the 6min base value.
Also worth mentioning: The last qarter of the dread meter is missleading.
While I have not tested for exact nummbers I am convinced that it fills significatnly faster then the rest.

Are Rosamund and Bloody Pilgrim secondary effects identical?

The Eye of Ethryg does not add any vigor multiplier. It adds a flat 30% to item discovery while in umbral when slotted in secondary slot. So, that one if completely wrong.

Calling them main effect and secondary effect is misleading. You only get one or the other depending on where you socket it.
