The summons need to have a longer duration and better tracking. Very underwhelming at the current moment.

Summons 3 fire dogs in a triangle pattern around the target. They breathe fire for a short time, hop around, breathe fire one more time and disappear. The damage isn't good. Inflicts burn quickly, though any mobile target will easily avoid this spell.

Can be purchased from Tortured Prisoner after you progress her Quest far enough to stand next to the Calrath beacon

The braided ring needs to be fixed so it actually works on the hounds.
As a pure caster, i find the hounds helpful at creating a road block so enemies have to go around.
So I sort of use them defensively, anything else and they are underwhelming.
