Just picked this up, should I replace my Blood Glory? If I would guess you'd probably pick between the two based on the rune slots, since the stats are very similar.

For anyone wondering, I got this from slaying the non-boss variants of this enemy. I got 3 Ebonlight before a Luminous one dropped.

I downed Kyra first. Then killed Lirenne. Got the Luminous Abiding Defender Sword.
I suspected I have to kill Lirenne for the right drop, because she is the only one dealing holy damage. Which only the Luminous version does.
Might be wrong though and it's just RNG.

Game just released but I already this is the best radiance strength weapon mark my words
Played in coop and after beating boss I got Ebonlight, friend got Luminous, so I guess it's random
