Bloody Glory is a Grand Sword in Lords of the Fallen (LotF)Bloody Glory is a large blade forged by the Hallowed Sentinels. A large Hallowed Sentinel sword wrapped in thorns and inscribed with text extolling the divine magnificence of the Cleric.

Where to Find Bloody Glory in Lords of the Fallen

Bloody Glory can be obtained from:

  • Pilgrim's Perch: In Belled Rise, you'll notice two paths where you can progress, you can either go down the stairs to the left which leads to the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, or through a doorway on the right which leads to the Path of Devotion. Take the doorways on your right, and deal with the Pureblade praying by the altar, then approach the stairs going up and avoid the rolling barrel. Ascend the stairs and when you turn the corner, avoid the next rolling barrel. At the top of these stairs, you'll find an Ardent Penitent and Marksman. Deal with them, then continue going upwards. At the top, you'll be in a cavern occupied by three Radiant Hounds, an Arden Penitent, and a Pureblade. In the far left corner, you can pick up the Bloody Glory.

Lords of the Fallen Bloody Glory Notes & Tips

  • Hidden Lore: Some practitioners of Radiant sorcery learn to numb the pain which often comes with the use of one's own blood, while others view this as weakness and an insult to Orius, considering the pain a fundamental element of the process. (Requires Radiance to unlock)

Turned on the random world drop modifier which has been super fun. Now this weapon is not where it is supposed to be though??? So disappointed when I got here and it wasn’t there… don’t even know how I can get it now unless it’s in the random world drop pool now…

This is a great candidate for the crafter's essence rune. It saves a ton of weight, and allows you to wield this weapon without any strength, which it doesn't scale well with anyway.

The stats you have listed for +10 are for the wrong weapon. Going from +9 to +10 is, in fact, not a downgrade. The stats for +10 are as follows (sorry if the formatting is bad, blame Fextra, not me) -

          Bleed buildup - 300
          Attack power - 651
          Physical - 197+X
          Holy - 165+X
          Fire - 0
          Wither - 0

          Physical block - 48%
          Holy block - 50%
          Fire block - 25%
          Wither block - 25%
          Stability - 33%

          STR scaling = D
          RAD scaling = A+

i dual wield this greatsword + pieta shortsword with the Empyrean Pendant, charged attack it's really powerful and the hyperarmor of that move grant to hit the enemy, range and damage of light attack it's good for crowd control or bleed/smite effect (even items that boost/add some damage type/status works well).

            • Bloody Glory and the Righteous Pulverizer each individually are very strong, with the hammer having less bleed and range than the sword traded for more max damage and being a touch lighter, but together they make arguably the highest damaging dualwield build for RAD characters once you get everything set-up and will let you insta-stagger any boss that can be staggered and effectively 1shot them. Let me explain:

You need the any of the RAD catalysts that give 5 spell slots, Hallowed Triptych, Orian Sorcerer's Ring, either the Ring of Sanguine Might or the Envenomed Ring the latter of which being stronger but takes a really easy-to-fail questline, 3 Omiron runes (highest holy damage increase, tested) on Bloody Glory and 1 on the Righteous Pulverizer + a Crafter's Essence and Ruq rune, and finally the most important part of the build is the Umbral Eye of Loash. All of these combined together mean that you are going to be doing fully charged R2s that can't be staggered and do insane posture damage.

I'm at level 125, so using myself as a template I have 20str, 8agi, 27end, 40vig, 75rad, and 8inf. The Crafter's Essence with these stats will let you use some of the lighter Heavy armor in the game while still staying in medium roll, and I'd suggest you go for whatever gives you the highest status resistances for reasons I'll explain in a sec. You're gonna be using Barbed Aura, Aura of Tenacity, Invigorating Aura, Radiant Guardian, and Orius's Judgement. Yes some of these spells are normally suboptimal or trash, but there's a very good reason to use em. Oh, and stock up on a ton of Large Manastone Clusters. You'll be eating them like poprocks.

Before a boss/in PvP put up all 3 of the auras, eat a large manastone cluster, use radiant guardian, eat another cluster, then walk in the fight/engage the other player and cast Orius's Judgement. Then run straight at them and FULLY CHARGE an r2 and blast em with it, then rinse and repeat. "Doesn't this leave you vulnerable?" Oh you sweet summer child. Umbral Eye of Loash turns all damage into wither while you're charging a heavy attack and makes you unstaggerable so you're nearly unkillable and hitting the enemy gives you your HP back, but leaves you vulnerable right as the attack is coming out and any status proccs make you take regular and not wither damage so they'll kill you. Normally that's strong but not overpowered, but with how fast the heavy dual wield r2 comes out it's basically a nonissue. You also have heavy armor with good status resistances on, you're constantly healing, have your defense buffed with an aura, from barbed aura any time an enemy hits you they're going to be taking a little bit of residual holy damage but also taking quite a lot of posture damage especially if they are dual wielding or a fast boss, and any time they spend not attacking you the Radiant Guardian and Orius's Judgement will have them take tons of residual damage which because of your amulet will quickly put them into reposte state. The range on the attack is also insane and rollcatches if you don't fully charge it, and the chances of you dying while charging this attack is basically zero, as in I've literally only had it happen once and I've been using variations of this build for about 50 hours of play. Also, DON'T GRIEVOUS STRIKE as soon as you can! Any enemy that gets into repost state will be vulnerable juuuuust long enough for you to get a charged or regular follow-up r2 before you tap r1 for a grievous strike.

I've killed the King in about 10 seconds with this. 1 fully charged r2+spell damage got him into reposte state, did another fully charged r2 and then grievous strike for the kill. It's that strong.

              • This sword is amazing. I was running with Faithful Bludgeon (strength-radiance build), but this sword is even more powerful than that. Idk, maybe there's other weapons that are better, but I have yet to find them for the build I'm rolling with

Was hesitant to use this sword due to the attack speed but testing it unupgraded on a Crimson Rector, I can that I might fall in love with this sword.

Loving this weapon. The aesthetics. the name, the functionality. It just all comes together. If you're going for a radiance build playthrough, give this weapon a spin, it's a lot of fun. Steer clear of Pieta's sword, that weapon is a buzzkill. Try out the grand chad sword.

                    • One of the best weapon of the game, nothing can truly resist it even mobs/bosses with Holy resistance. Use this, the pendant that increases posture damages with holy attacks, Envenomed Ring, Orian Sorcerer ring and this sword can stunlock bosses. I literally got Dervla in a loop with R2 => Crit => R2 without her being able to do ANYTHING. Not even counting the 300 native bleed it has, absolute beast. Only weapon i could compare it with would be the Fallen Lord Sword but fire element / blast status isn't as good in endgame, still OP as well tho. Idk if this is the general softcap but it keeps getting 4 to 5 points in holy per Radiance level until 75 which is shared with the Exacter's catalyst. An absolute blast, Elden Ring's holy elemental weapons wish they'd be as good. I highly recommend anyone who wants to do a Radiance build to try it out.
