Painful Echo is one of the Umbral Spell available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Painful Echo Painful Echo is an Umbral Spell that allows you to hurl an orb of Umbral magic which can chain between enemies. This orb chains between enemies, damaging multiple foes with each strike. Requires an Umbral Catalyst to cast. Spells in Lords of the Fallen (LOTF) are special powers that allow the player to do a variety of game-changing actions such as boosting his damage, summoning creatures and entities, and even carpeting the field with magical explosions. Magic can be acquired from looting, by defeating enemies, and can be bought from Merchants.

AnonymousVery good spell even with minimal investment. Launch few of these in a group and watch them melt. Very good to soften mobs up a bit or full on clear rooms if you invest into umbral.

this spell is bugged. The projectile can just dissapear without doing any damage and sometimes it just won't bounce at all. When it works it works great but the bug makes it often useless

This spell is pretty crazy, just spamming it into groups of enemies can melt them as the projectile just keeps bouncing between them. It's been my go to in the 10ish hours I've played.
