Ruiner Shield is a Heavy Shields in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Ruiner Shield is a pure chaos shield, primarily constructed from thick bone, excels in blocking fire damage (90%). It's specialized for fire resistance (90%) but less effective against other types of damage. Shields allow players to block incoming attacks as well as mitigating damage received by Enemies, Bosses, or other players.

Where to Find Ruiner Shield in Lords of the Fallen
Ruiner Shield can be found in the following Location:
- Fitzroy's Gorge: Has a chance to drop as a reward upon defeating the Ruiner boss. This boss can be found just outside the cavern where you found Drustan. The boss is easy to find as you will encounter it when progressing in this level.

- This item can drop from the Ruiner enemy.

I edited the +3 stats. I thought I had another shield for the regular stats, but I must have sold it.
These shield defense stats are wrong. Fire is 94%. I'll have to see what the other +3 stats are and maybe update this page.
Getting it is a matter of luck, I think. I've gotten two from Ruiners.

I definitely didn't get this shield after defeating the Ruiner secondary boss. This should be updated to reflect reality, that the shield is merely "a possible reward" for beating this boss.

Did not drop after Ruiner boss fight. Have farmed Ruiners later in the game and have gotten all armor pieces and axe, but shield won’t drop. Anywhere else to get??
Need +2 and +5 stats for the shield.
