Sanguinarix is a Consumable in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Sanguinarix is a specialized device for administering Pieta's healing blood. Consumables grant various effects upon use, they range from restorative properties to recovering HP, to applying buffs or even removing certain Status effects. Players can purchase Consumables from Merchants, or find them as loot from certain Enemies.

Sanguinarix can be used as follows:
- Used to administer Pieta's healing blood.
Sanguinarix Upgrades Lords of the Fallen
- Players can upgrade their Sanguinarix to increase both charges and Health Recovery. Players need to speak to Pieta at Skyrest Bridge to upgrade the Sanguinarix.
- Players need Saintly Quintessence to upgrade their Sanguinarix
- Recovery % is a modifier compared it's original healing of around 240HP (not the % of your max health it heals)

- In the Umbral realm approximately half the healing is as withered health requiring you to damage enemies before you take damage yourself to make permanent.

Lore question: why is a cross/crucifix a holy symbol to Orian believers? Did they practice crucifixion or was a major figure crucified, like in the Christian faith? It seems weird that Orius's followers wouldn't use a symbol more closely related to him for both the Sanguinarix and their rosaries.

I'm guessing it heals 240HP base, so at +10 it heals 504HP. I have it at +3 and it heals 360HP.

Why does it say that at +9 it heals 100% HP but when I use it, it heals for about 45%

somehow it feels like "max payne" the moment you use it the game makes shure you get hard hittet instantly.

does it recover the % based on your maximum HP or on the missing health? to me it seems that it doesn't truly heal anywhere near 80-90% at higher levels
