How to Get Odd Stone in Lords of the Fallen
Odd Stone can be found in the following places:
- Lower Calrath: After picking up the Ornx Rune, turn around and find your way to the tunnel under the bridge to find a Stigma. Transition to Umbral and Soulflay it to witness someone comforting a little girl named Elianne with a memento. Doing so will reward you with an Odd Stone in addition to the usual x2 Umbral Scourings.
Odd Stone Use & Effect in Lords of the Fallen
- Consumable grants:
- Holy Defense
- Wither Defense
- Showing this item to Pieta triggers additional dialogues.
- The Odd Stone is used to unlock a secret boss weapon art or ability. To unlock it:
- The player must dual-wield Pieta's Sword and Elianne the Starved's Sword and meet a secret requirement.
- The secret requirement to using the secret weapon ability is upgrading both weapons to +10 and having the Odd Stone in the player's inventory. Make sure to equip both weapons and then interact or speak to Pieta and choose "Use the Odd Stone". There should be an effect that triggers after presenting the stone to her.
- To use the weapon ability press the L2+R2 buttons or the LT+RT of the PlayStation/Xbox controller.
Lords of the Fallen Odd Stone Notes & Tips
- Hidden Lore: The presence of Umbral has always been potent in Mournstead, the kingdom unwittingly built upon a place where the veil between realms can be particularly thin. (Requires Inferno and Radiance to unlock).
- Weight: 0.0
- Use Cost: 1 (restores on rest at vestige)
- Increases Holy and Wither defense (some say by 200 but it could also be a percentage as it has increased them between 43-50%)
- You can do a special combo if you have both Pieta's Sword and Elianne the Starved's Sword at +5 equipped plus an Odd Stone.

Makes my radiance build speckled blues and purples and spamming attack I get attack and movement speed buffs aswell as added fight moves (using pietas sword at +10 fully upgraded)

Do I have to give it to pieta in the same playtrough I got the sword in?

So i used this stone a few days ago and i thought you wouldn't be able to use it again but I just used it now and I still received the buff to wither and holy defense. So I'm guessing there is a cooldown to it.

Having both Pieta's Sword and Elianne's Sword at +5 and having the Odd Stone makes a special combo available for when you equip them both. It makes sense since the additional dialogue from Pieta is also about Elianne.
Just a warning though: you can only get Elianne's Sword when you go for the Umbral Ending.

Once used as consumable - it give defense stat for Holy and Wither damage, around +200. The item will still stay in the inventory, but you won't be able to use it again.

Once you get the Odd Stone, you can take it to Pieta at the Skyrest to hear additional dialogue.
This wiki has wrong information if players are trying to find out how to get the secret weapon art. If you give Pieta the Odd Stone and unlock her extra dialogue options, you will no longer have the Odd Stone and thus be unable to use the secret weapon art.
