Enervated Vigor Skull can be found in the following places:
- Starting equipment for the Hallowed Knight.
- This item drops from the Umbral Egg enemies.
- Defiled Sepulchre: Ater the first Enemy, the Corrupted Penitent, turning left on the next fork leads to an Enervated Vigor Skull in some water
- Abandoned Redcopse: At the Abandoned Village, before the Vestige of Marco the Axe, on the graves at the corner.
- Abandoned Redscope: After the Vestige of Marco the Axe, transition to Umbral to access the previously flooded area, among them an Enervated Vigor Skull.
- Abandoned Redscope: Under the Umbral Eggs, near the hanging corpse which contains the Pilgrim Hood and the Pilgrim Bandages.
- Skyrest Bridge: Dropped randomly from certain enemies.
- Sunless Skein: Where you witness the miner's stigma, get the x2 Regular Deralium Nuggets and x2 Enervated Vigor Skull nearby.
- Cistern: Near the Emergency Effigy found after finding the Pickaxe. Near the effigy, pick up the nearby loot which is a x1 Enervated Vigor Skull. See it on the LotF Revelation Depths Map.
- Revelation Depths: After facing a group of enemies where you find the Umbral Belly that contains the Saintly Quintessence, you will find the Enervated Vigor Skull nearby. See it on the LotF Revelation Depths Map.
