Lords of the Fallen Save the Petrified Woman Quest Walkthrough

As you explore Forsaken Fen, you will come across a petrified woman. At first, you will hear humming sounds coming from a cave, and if you follow that sound, you can locate her. You will find out that she is a mercenary for hire and she was traveling with a Sorcerer who goes by the name of Wilmarc. She shares that the sorcerer told her that if she let him envigorate her skin with his magic, it would toughen her skin against harm, however, it turned out that she would become petrified. You can also see that there's an item right behind Kukajin but you can't pick it up yet because her body is blocking it.

She goes on to tell you that she was hired by the sorcerer for protection during his journey to Mournstead but she said that the sorcerer ran off when creatures started to show up as soon as she started petrifying. As you exhaust her dialogues, she tells you "Get this damn thing off me and I'll be in your debt. And who doesn't appreciate having a favor in the pocket?"

To help the Petrified Woman, you can make use of any Radiant Healing spells like Cleansing Spring or Sanctify to turn her from the petrified state and return to a blood and flesh state. After doing so, she recognizes that you are familiar with Magic and she will give you a x1 Pendant of Induration. She tells you that it is better off in your hands, after all, she was taught by her father to stay away from Magic. Then, she will move to the Hub at the Skyrest Bridge where she awaits you. She will now offer to fight alongside you as a companion during certain boss fights in exchange for bringing her payment after each fight. This agreement between the player and Kukajin is called the Kukajin Invoice.

However, if you end up attacking her or rolling over her while she is petrified, this will kill her and automatically lock players out of her questline and she will drop x1 Kukajin's Sword.

It should be noted that you can also just use a strong attack on her in her petrified state, destroying her. She drops Kukajin's Sowrd if you do this.

For you that don´t want to use filthy radiant magic. You can just throw a Radiantburst Parchment at her feets.

If you find the healing ribbon throwable, it works. I don't know if there's one in the normal areas, since I took a detour towards the castle instead.

ANY radiance spell is wrong. I used radiant flare and she definitely died. And radiant HEALING spell might be a better choice of words
