LOTF Lambent Feint Notes & Tips

  • Hidden Lore: While the Descriers of the Dawn possessed their fair share of skill when it came to Radiant sorcery, their focus was far less martial than that of the Hallowed Sentinels, who over time became increasingly hostile to the more peaceable ways of Mounrstead's native Orian order. This is now my favorite radiant spell. I don't think it's the best by any means but it's good enough that I'll use it because I just really like the idea of shooting a radiant arrow.

      • Damage is bad. Idk what that other comment is talking about....

So, it's less damage than piercing light, but I guess you get a neat little back step. Smite build up helps I guess.

        AOE is mid

Mana cost is higher than it should be, but by no means expensive.

Cast time is same as piercing light, but the backstep counts, so it might "feel" like a faster cast.

Idk, I'd give it a C+. Probably useful against long range casters/archers where you don't want to be stuck while casting and can dodge and counter attack in the same move. Easy chip damage maybe? Maybe some other niche applications...
