should rename this to the essential-to-play-the-game-properly-with ring considering you get staggered by everything yet everything can sidestep and tank hits from an ugs despite wearing ****ing rags

I was wondering where the **** IS the poise in this rushed, polish garbage game and now it finally dawned on me

they never actually utilized poise in this game for the player-character, only for enemy mobs

        • Tested this out with the umbral basic ghoul enemies.
          Armor set: Paladin's set
With the ring on, I can tank 2 small hits in their single attacks, only getting staggered on a heavier hit or the third hit of a combo.
Without the ring, even heavier armor still gets staggered with everything.
Might be worth trying on if you find those smaller enemies too annoying or staggers you out of your heavy weapon attacks.

What do they mean by increased poise? I thought it wasn’t a thing in this game? I usually wear heavy armor and still get stunned by everything.
