Anyone know if this procs on spellcasting hits like lucent beam?
That'd be pretty sick if it does.

+2 mana per hit. Procs twice in dual wielding stance since it does two quick attacks (I tried with two daggers and dual hammers). Pretty OP if you are tired of using manastone clusters.

Molhu vendor in Skyrest, appeared around time I had already defeated Abbess in Abbey of Sisters.
A joke ring. Gives you a slither of mana with weapon hit. Lucent Beam costs more when casting than this thing replenished. The regular Manastone ring gives you way more just by sitting in the back and you get it earlier in the game.
