Effect Regenerate 2 mana per second. |
Manastone Ring is one of the Rings available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Manastone Ring enables mana regeneration, harnessing the magical properties of rare manastone deposits. Efforts to replicate its properties artificially have proven unsuccessful, making it a valuable find. Rings in Lords of the Fallen (LOTF) are special equipment that adds buffs and special effects to the player's character. Rings can be acquired from looting, by defeating Enemies, and can be bought from Merchants.
Regenerate mana.
Certain parts of the world are richer in manastone deposits than others, and while some attempts have been made to artificially replicate the material and its magical properties, none have been successful to date.
Where to Find Manastone Ring in Lords of the Fallen
Manastone Ring can be found in the following Location:
- Can be purchased from the Tortured Prisoner for 3000 Vigor outside the arena of the Spurned Progeny.
- Players must first free her from the prison cell in Skyrest Bridge and rest at a vestige for her to move, then give her the Giant Eyeball, which will move her from Skyrest Bridge to Spurned Progeny, then talk to her while wearing the full Noblewoman Set to unlock Manastone Ring as merchandise.

Either they buffed it, or the comment below was incorrect: It regenerates 2 Mana per second, just like Nartun.

Mine seems bugged. When I wear it with a somewhat depleted mana bar, the bar flickers but the mana does not increase. On PS5 if it matters.

Maybe it's common knowledge, but you if you have two sets of the Noblewoman's armor from two different runs, all pieces you're wearing must be from the same run in order for the ring to hit her inventory.

Is there a way to get it if you have already done those things and she is gone?

talk to her while wearing the full Noblewoman Set ?
Those DEV are even worth than EldengRing, Pwaaah !

The fact that it doesn't stack is 100% a bug, because when you equip 2 you don't get a +2 on the mana regen small buff icon ( blue romboid above health bar ) but if you remove one of the rings, the buff deactivates despite the other ring still being on
There is most likely a bug with the trigger for the buff itself, causing it to not register a second activation.

Wearing two of these does not stack the regen but it does stack with other sources of mana regen.
Regenerates 1 per second. Not bad but like with how crazy manastones are, it's not really needed, maybe in ds3 I would have killed for it

Sold by tortured prisoner once she moves to where giant is killed if you can’t find her on the bridge. Unsure if talking to her with noble woman outfit triggers inventory change but she had it for me. Also stacks with mana regen runes on shields.

It is sold by the Tortured Prisoner, possibly after being given the Giant's Eyeball from Spurred Progeny boss but you MUST be wearing the Noblewoman's set to unlock it, she will give you new dialogue noting you look nice and update her wares.

Sold by the tortured prisoner after she moves to the spurred progeny boss arena after giving her the giants eyeball

I'm playing with v1.5. I found the Tortured Prisoner as indicated, but all she was offering was the "Puissance Root" ringe. I put the "Noblewoman Dress" on and she acknowledged the outfit but did not offer the ring. I rested at the vestige and now she's gone.
