Other comment claiming this item increases sorcery damage by 25% and reduces HP is WRONG!!

This Ring increases your sorcery damage by 10% with no drawbacks! How do I know? I'm testing them out right now!

You have to give the Giant Eyeball to the Tortured Prisoner before she sells this. You get the eye from the Spurned Progeny boss.

Location is false. I rescued the Tortured Prisoner NPC and was able to purchase several inferno sorcery-related items from her, including the flamethrower spell (forget what it's called at the moment), Pyric Cultist gear, and an inferno catalyst. No ring as of yet. Maybe her inventory gets modified later after her rescue, but she definitely does not start with this ring stocked in her inventory.
