Accursed Wretch is an Enemy in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). A variant of the Shrouded Remnant, they can appear in the Axiom realm as they are cursed in an everlasting arctic frost. Lords of the Fallen features a variety of enemies that come from three groups, the Umbral Natives, Rhogar Enemies, and Hallowed Sentinels, each one having its own set of moves, strengths, and weaknesses that pose a threat and a challenge to the lamp bearer. By defeating an enemy, players can acquire various drops such as items and vigor.

Ah yes, the Accused Wrtech. Might wanna fix the name my dudes. Oh and they drop the Accursed set btw, in case you wanna link both.
If you want this set. You need to farm hooded zombies in the ice area. The summons of the "ice banshee" DON'T COUNT. There is one just before the area before where you fight the raven boss. Just go down from vestige and there's one lying there next to the banshee - it's not a summon.
