Womb of Despair is an Enemy in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). The Womb of Despair is a manifestation of unfulfilled motherhood, these creatures lay eggs from which the faceless starved remnants hatch, and quite often these ghasts build egg-filled lairs to fulfill their need for a heart. Lords of the Fallen features a variety of enemies that come from three groups, the Umbral Natives, Rhogar Enemies, and Hallowed Sentinels, each one having its own set of moves, strengths, and weaknesses that pose a threat and a challenge to the lamp bearer.
