Effect Weapon function: Increase posture damage. |
Ruq is one of the Runes available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Ruq is a rune that increases posture damage for weapons and reduces wither damage while blocking for shields. It is related to the Church of Orian Radiance's crusade into Udirangr..
Long ago, the Church of Orian Radiance officially condemned the people of Udirangr and their gods, and tasked the Dark Crusaders with launching a crusade into the vast, harsh land in order to bring it into Orius' light and under church control.
Where to Find Ruq in Lords of the Fallen
Ruq can be found in the following Location:
- This item can drop from the Womb of Despair enemy.
- Manse of the Hallowed Brothers
- Fief of the Chill Curse: From the Beacon tower, head down and out to the river. Warp into the Umbral and head down the riverbed and continue towards the left. Head into the alley on the right and soulflay the tumor that's blocking the other two paths. Soulflay the entity that's blocking the path on the left and head through there first. Clear out the enemies in the area and go around to the corner behind the Umbral Belly. There you can pick up the Ruq.

Lords of the Fallen Ruq Notes & Tips
- Hidden Lore: __hiddenlore__ (Requires __hiddenstat__ to unlock)
- The enemy's posture is measured by the outer ring around its target dot. An enemy's posture is reduced by any attack. Once depleted, you can then stagger the enemy with a charged heavy attack, a parry, or a kick. Once staggered (red target dot) you can perform a Grievous Strike with a light attack.

Location if Fief of the chill curse is wrong. Fextra has listed it as a found item, but they were lucky and it dropped from the enemy there

droped from me from enemy with bell on the head in Manse of the Hallowed Brothers after umbral finisher togheter with HULVIT

Reduces Weapon weight by 25% as far as I can tell. Multiple runes seem to stack additively (two runes gave 50%, didn't have a matching weapon to test three slots though)
