Hilvit is one of the Runes available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Hilvit is a rune that increases Strength scaling for weapons and greatly enhances the Strength attribute for shields. It is related to the Umbral Lamps and their connection to life and death..

Where to Find Hilvit in Lords of the Fallen

Hilvit can be found in the following Location:

• Bramis Castle: From the Dinning Room Umbral Flowerbed, go down the left stairs and find an open area with three chests. Two of which are empty, open the closed one and obtain x1 Shield of the First of the Beasts, and x1 Hilvit.
• Can be dropped by Receiver of Sacred Resonance.
• See it on the LotF map
• See it on the Bramis Castle map

Hilvit effect in Lords of the Fallen

Hilvit can be socketed into Weapons and Shields. It can only be inserted into Strength or Meta rune slots. 

Hilvit's effect vary according to where it is socketed in:

• Weapon function: Increases Strength scaling.
• Shield function: Increases Strength attribute greatly.
