Pertiax is one of the Runes available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Pertiax is a rune that increases physical damage and reduces Agility attribute scaling for weapons. For shields, it enhances the Endurance attribute. It has hidden lore related to the downfall of Igazad's formidable gates.

The famously formidable gates of Igazad had held back hostile armies for numerous generations, the city's inhabitants boasting of their eternal endurance - until an Igazad politician made a grievous error which brought the Dark Crusaders to those same gates.

 

Where to Find Pertiax in Lords of the Fallen

Pertiax can be found in the following Location:

• Cistern: After you use the Umbral Lamp to cross to the other side, you will find the Pickaxe and a x1 Pertiax there. See it on the LotF Revelation Depths Map.
• Can drop from Ardent Penitent enemies.
• This item drops from the Enslaved Miner enemies.

Pertiax effect in Lords of the Fallen

Pertiax can be socketed into Weapons and Shields. It can only be inserted into Agility or Meta rune slots. 

Pertiax's effect vary according to where it is socketed in:

• Weapon function: Increases physical damage. Reduces Agility attribute scaling.
• Shield function: Increases Endurance attribute.
