Akus is one of the Runes available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Akus is a rune that reduces the stamina cost of attacks for weapons and increases shield stability. It has hidden lore about a sorcerer's ill-fated attempt to avoid rest using stamina-enhancing runes..

Once, a scholarly sorcerer of Wolusia, seeking a life of unceasing dedication to his studies, had the idea of consuming several stamina-enhancing runes so he need never rest again. This choice led to an astoundingly productive few hours, followed by an abrupt and messy death.

 

Where to Find Akus in Lords of the Fallen

Akus cannot currently be obtained, existing only in the game's files.

Akus effect in Lords of the Fallen

Akus can be socketed into Weapons and Shields. It can only be inserted into Agility or Meta rune slots. 

Akus's effect vary according to where it is socketed in:

• Weapon function: Reduces Stamina cost of attacks.
• Shield function: Increases stability.
