Mhorem is one of the Runes available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Mhorem is a rune that increases the rate of frostbite buildup for weapons and enhances frostbite resistance for shields. It is related to the experience of a deep, gnawing cold in Axiom.
Some in Axiom who experience the influence of Umbral feel a deep, gnawing cold as part of it, a primal chill both hollow and hopeless.

Mhorem can be socketed into Weapons and Shields. It can only be inserted into Inferno or Meta rune slots.
Mhorem's effect vary according to where it is socketed in:
- Weapon function: Increases rate of frostbite buildup.
- Shield function: Increases resistance to frostbite.

12 hits to proc frostbite without runes
7 hits to proc frostbite with x3 runes.
So it's percent based on the base frost buildup of the weapon. Tested with weapons that have no base frost uild up, after 30+ hits couldn't get frostbite proc.

You have to do a grievous finish with the lamp on a griefbound (ice witch in Fief)... it's basically a guaranteed drop this way

Fief it's frozen location drops from mobs who cast ice magic

I can almost guarantee you from the fief or some other frost zone if you farm them. I got the poison one from the fen.
