If anyone is wondering how to get this, I got one from killing the big holy bulwark enemies with an umbral grievous strike.
This is a CASTER GOLD MINE , put it on jeffreys dagger or your stat stick of choice, and it applies to ALL poise damage , including from spells
-Posture = get people on their knees to crit
-Poise = interrupt people during animations/attacks
GODLIKE if used on Lucent Beam or Conflagration
Stun locks the enemy by constantly breaking poise
Get a shield with full Nartun runes + Manastone ring
Get Hysteria Pendant + Barrag Root for + 40% total increase in spell dmg and enjoy Laser Beaming or Flame Throwing people to death with a medium of 500 DMG ( more or less depending on enemy resistance ) each second constant stun locking magic ;) It melts and stuns all enemies before they have a chance to attack, even the heavy bullwark enemies
