if dual wielding, these do not stack. I tried with the Infernal Enchantress Flail, had them in both weapond, tested with strong attack, same damage having 1 or 2 runes. The run gave a 5% damage increase

Will this add fire damage to a weapon with no innate fire damage? I read a comment from someone asking the same thing about the radiant variant and the reply was "yes, it will add holy damage your weapon", just figured if it works for that it should work for this, just a thought.

This is just from my own testing but, when a rune is in a weapon it ONLY affects that specific weapon.

I can use physical damage spells while wielding two swords with reduce physical damage and increase vigor gain, the swords do 0 damage.

So I assume this is the case for fire damage specific to the weapon.

It does drop from Enchantresses, just make sure to do an umbral finisher to kill it to guarantee the rune drop .
