Anchorite's Ring is one of the Rings available in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Anchorite's Ring , worn by Anchorites, this ring increases defense while casting sorceries, reflecting their diverse skills and feared reputation. Rings in Lords of the Fallen (LOTF) are special equipment that adds buffs and special effects to the player's character. Rings can be acquired from looting, by defeating Enemies, and can be bought from Merchants.

      It doesn't really give you defense stats, it really gives you Hyper armor and makes your spellcasting uninteruptable. I can just spam laser beam in an enemies face and if I get hit, I take damage but keep casting, no interruptions or poise breaks . Great if you are doing a mage playthrough and are tired of being stopped mid cast .
