Antediluvian Chisel
Effect An ancient tool used to create additional sockets in an Umbral lamp.

Antediluvian Chisel is an Upgrade Material in Lords of the Fallen (LotF). Antediluvian Chisel is an upgrade material used to strengthen and imbue extra effects for the Umbral Lamp, players will need to speak to Molhu at Skyrest Bridge while in the Umbral realm to upgrade the Umbral Lamp. Upgrade Materials are items used for increasing the level and strengthening the stats of different equipment pieces such as Weapons, Armor, and Shields, including vital items such as the Sanguinarix and Umbral Lamp.

Where to find Antediluvian Chisel in Lords of the Fallen

Antediluvian Chisel can be found in the following places:

• Lower Calrath: From the Vestige of Lydia the Numb Witch, head down the lower floor of the building and hop down the hole on the far left side of the building. Proceed through the hole in the wall behind you, avoiding the traps as you do so. Head down the street in front of you, through the archway and past the Trapper. Turn right and head down the stairs to an open area with a large burning tree. You'll find several Enemies here including a couple of Seared Souls, and a minor Ruiner. If you're still in Umbral you'll also have a Mendacious Visage and a Shrouded Remnant or two to contend with so you might want to first head back to a Vestige or a Vestige Seedling and rest to transition back to Axiom. Defeating the Mendacious Visage can reward you with good boons. After clearing the enemies in the area, you can Soulflay the Umbral Belly on the large tree to pick up the Antediluvian Chisel.
• Fief of the Chill Curse: After using the Fief Key to unlock the gate at Abandoned Redcopse, located near the Vestige of Marco the Axe, head up the path and soulflay the structure to open up the path. Continue onwards to arrive at a boss arena. Defeat the Kinrangr Guardian Folard, then warp into the Umbral to reveal an Umbral Belly, soulflay it to receive x1 Antediluvian Chisel.
• Manse of the Hallowed Brothers: From the Vestige of Brother Jeremiah, proceed past the Holy Bulwark enemy and use the Manse Kitchen Key on the door on the right. Head up the stairs ahead and enter the Umbral. Pull down the Umbral platform by soulflaying the body on the other side. Destroy barrel blocking the archway to open up a path out to a balcony with a Stigma. Turn right when you get to the balcony and climb the ladder on the other side by pulling the umbral platform towards you. At the top of ladder, head forward onto some wooden platforms, then enter the building through the archway. Look down to find a hall filled with enemies. On the left, you'll see two archways. The Umbral Belly containing the Antediluvian Chisel can be found in the Umbral between these two archways.
