Where to Find Devotion's Might in Lords of the Fallen

Devotion's Might can be obtained from:

  • Pilgrim's Perch: To obtain the Devotion's Might, you would first need to obtain the Pilgrim's Perch Key, you can purchase it for 18000 Vigor from Stomund, Captain of the Fidelis in Skyrest Bridge. After unlocking the door opposite of the Vestige of Blind Agatha, enter the area and behind the pillar immediately in front of you, you'll find a Pureblade and a Marksman. After defeating them, look left from the pillar to find a Thorned Penitent sitting in front of a wooden gate. After defeating the enemy, take your Umbral Lamp out and shine it at the gate to reveal a path forward. Pass through the gate and ignore the item directly to your left, as it's a Ravenous Fascinator lure. Also be careful of shining your Umbral Lamp out in this room as it is filled with Remnants, Umbral Egg, and Womb of Despair waiting to ambush you. Follow the curve of the room to the right, and you'll emerge out onto some wooden platforms overlooking some lower platforms. Defeat the Marksman at the end here, then jump down onto the lower platform ahead and defeat the three Marksmen and Avowed. Now walk across the lower wooden platforms back until you reach the platform with a statue of a woman. When you walk onto small planks of wood connecting this platform and the next, the platforms will collapse and you'll get ambushed by the three Ardent Penitents in the water. You can make the jump across to the next platform without falling through, but before you do, there are a couple of things to note. If you look ahead and to the right, you'll find a ladder you can climb to get back up to the lower platforms. Use it after running and grabbing the item, or if you fall into the water by mistake. If you want to fight the three Ardent Penitents, use your Umbral Lamp to soulflay the Umbral Parasite in the middle of the water first. You can do so from the platforms here, you can then grab Devotion's Might from the water here.

    • Just in case some newcomer's having the same questions as I did, I can attest that this beauty hits harder than the Iron Wayfarer's Hammer if you're going for a balanced STR/FTH build. Tested it on a 64 STR/60 FTH character with a Orimon + 2 Gravix against a IWH with 3 Gravix runes - both weapons at +9 - and Devotion still dealt more dmg, even without the Radiant Weapon skill, which boosts the dmg difference A LOT.

      • The Hammer has writing on the side you can view with photo mode
        Side A reads
        "We are the dead.
        Short days ago we lived.
        Felt down, saw sunset glow.
        Loved and were loved.
        And now we lie
        In Flanders fields
        In Flanders fields.
        And now we die
        In Flanders fields."
        Side B reads
        "In Flanders fields
        The poppies blow
        Between the roses
        Row on row
        That mark our place
        And in the sky
        The larks,
        Still bravely singing, fly
        Scarce heard."
        The edges read
" With us who Take up our quarrel with the foe: to you from."
        And
"The torch, be yours to be your to be shall not sleep though Flanders fields."
It's the poem by John Mccrae. A WW1 poem.
I am surprised no one noticed.

This weapon is so strong it kills enemies before ever building up smite. It’s a victim of it’s own success.

Best weapon in the game for higher levels. Before you get your str up along with radiance, bloody glory takes the spot. Stunlock bosses, nuff said.

This weapon does good damage but the moveset is awful. The weapon suffers from lack of AoE and the attacks are slow and make you vulnerable while you commit to an attack. Tried this after playing with a grand axe, the grand axe move set is much cleaner imo. I will never pick up a grand hammer in this game ever again. If you want a good radiance weapon try Bloody Glory instead.

This weapon gives the best BPM (Bonk per Minute). Trashmobs are 1 hit if ya infuse with spells and bosses get whacked the fancy way

ikd why but deals less posture damage on a radiance heavy build than bloody glory, despite having 200 more AR, and higher holy damage. wonder if it has something to do with the innate bleed on bloody glory or something else

This thing is an absolute menace! And you can get it at pretty much the start of the game if you cough up that 9,500 for the pilgrim key asap. I'd say it's worth it alone. It unfortunately doesn't have a lot of aoe attacks outside of the combo attack, running/dash/roll/stepback light attack. Not sure about the 1 hand attacks as I always 2 hand my weapons. But I pretty much 1 shot everything if not they're staggered for another free hit!

This thing is very optimal for a strength / radiance build. Decent scaling and a lot of damage, at 50 str, 32 rad it deals almost 1k damage whit a light hit while two handing. Looking forward to dual wield with ravager Gregory grand sword
