It offers very low protection against Physical attacks and moderate resistance against Holy. It provides decent defense against Fire and Smite, with moderate resistance against Ignite.

- Starting equipment of the Putrid Child class.
- Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters: From the Vestige of Rosamund, head through the shortcut gate near the vestige take the stairs all the way up, and follow the path until you reach the courtyard with a tree. Head to the terrace behind the staircase from where you came from to find a chest on the left and a door at the end on the right. Warp into the Umbral to go through the door. Walk through the terrace and clear the enemies, walk onto a platform with the broken rails, head up the ladder, and soulflay the markings to create a bridge to get to the other side. Once you make it to the other side of the terrace from the bridge, soulflay the Umbral Belly to receive the Putrid Child Arm Wrappings, Putrid Child Robes, Putrid Child Mask, and the Putrid Child Leg Wrappings.
