      I killed a few skinstealers in Bramis and couldn't get it to drop. Then I tried starting from the bloody pilgrim vestige and going to the elevator with the two dogs across from the main entrance shortcut door. down the elevator and there is a seed bed with one through the open door behind the boards. Killed him only like 4-5 times before it dropped. Granted I am running close to 6 item discovery
